items are hand thrown/hand blown and will have natural irregularities, flaws, bubbles, irregularities in color glaze, texture steaks and rough edges. This is part of the character and spirit of hand created items and is not a defect.

Unless other arrangements are made, items are shipped USPS Priority mail and are insured.
If items arrive damaged, please send me a photograph of the item and packaging and retain all packing material and broken bits until the claim is resolved. Failure to do so will void the insurance and your claim for reimbursement. I will file the claim with USPS immediately. If the shipment is lost in transit, there is a 30 day wait period per USPS before I can file the claim. This will delay your reimbursement.
Seller is not responsible for packages once USPS tracking shows that it was delivered. Buyer may request items be sent signature required.
International shipping rates for “all other countries” are estimated. You will be contacted if shipping and insurance costs more than quoted at checkout.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final cost of custom commission work will be required before the project is started.
A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the final cost of custom commission work is required before the project is started if the work is personalized with names, dates or other personalization.
If the project requires purchase of glass frit, rod/bar, cane or special ceramics molds/glaze that cost must also be paid for up front.
